NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- After the 1,000 year flood that washed away homes in Middle Tennessee, Ladies Who Launch and Point 3 Media have partnered to rebuild lives.

Sheilah Griggs is VP of Point 3 Media, a Nashville based advertising and production company, and Market Director of the Nashville chapter of Ladies Who Launch, an Global organization with over 100,000 members. "Like everyone in town, I wanted to do something substantial to help – something more than I could do as just one person." In conversation with Point 3 Media President, Larry Roy, Griggs had her "ah-ha" moment. "I am connected to this tremendous network of women. If each one of them would send in just one article of clothing, we could re-dress Nashville."

Griggs and Roy rallied their creative team and went to work producing a campaign with video that would motivate women to take action. Flood of Fashion was born. Roy personally spent his weekend producing the project. "It was too important to wait until there was free time in our edit suite. People need help now." The online video calls on women to do their "spring cleaning" and dig into their families' closets to help Nashville dig out of the devastation. "I had no doubt the women would answer the call, sometimes it's just about knowing how to help," says Griggs. "We are stronger together."

Ladies Who Launch Founder, Victoria Colligan, and C.E.O. Traci Long were more than excited to help make a difference through their online and in-person community. "The Ladies in our communities are really stepping up to help their fellow launchers and all those affected by the devastation in Nashville, said Long. Colligan even encouraged leaders to hold "Flood Of Fashion" events in their local cities as a means of getting items to the victims.
