Florida Attorney Christian D. Searcy Inducted into The Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Christian D. Searcy, a prominent international trial attorney was inducted into The Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame today at a National Trial Lawyer Association conference in Las Vegas.
Searcy is President and CEO of the law firm of Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, which has offices in West Palm Beach and Tallahassee, Fla. The honor recognizes his 41 years of litigation, especially on behalf of victims and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

The Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame is a non-profit organization housed at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia. Each year, a handful of exemplary trial attorneys are nominated on the basis of their "indelible mark on the American legal tradition through a lifetime of service to the American public, the Constitution, and the American trial bar."
This award is just the latest of many honors Searcy has earned in his career. After graduating from the University of Virginia and Stetson University School of Law, he became the youngest lawyer in the United States to achieve a verdict of $1 million in a single personal injury lawsuit.
In 2005, the Florida Justice Association gave Searcy its highest honor, the Perry Nichols Award for outstanding service to the cause of justice. In 2006, he was one of only two lawyers in the country to receive the "War Horse Award" from the Southern Trial Lawyers Association for outstanding skill as a trial advocate.
Searcy served as the president of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only worldwide organization limited to 500 members, and belongs to such prestigious trial lawyer associations as The Inner Circle of Advocates and the International Society of Barristers.
