FLORIDA FOOD PRODUCTS WELCOMES TOM HALLAM TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

LAKE MARY, Fla., Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Food Products, LLC (FFP), one of the world's largest independent providers of natural ingredients, announced today the appointment of Tom Hallam to its Board of Directors. 

Based in Lake Mary, Florida, FFP offers one of the largest portfolios of clean label ingredients and system solutions to the food and beverage industry. Mr. Hallam brings more than 30 years of extensive experience of financial leadership, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Givaudan, a global leader in fragrance & beauty and taste & well-being. Mr. Hallam joined Givaudan in 2008, and during his tenure oversaw financial reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and Givaudan's business development process.  

In addition to his new role with FFP, Mr. Hallam is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Azelis, a Belgian-listed global innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry. He currently serves as chairperson of Azelis' Audit and Risk Committee.

A dual citizen of the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Mr. Hallam holds a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
