F.L.Putnam Expands in New Hampshire with New Office and Two Senior Hires

New office in Portsmouth marks F.L.Putnam's 12^th East Coast office

Thomas Burleigh and Michael Hanlon expand the firm's local financial planning and investment management expertise and capabilities 

LYNNFIELD, Mass. and PORTSMOUTH, N.H., Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- F.L.Putnam Investment Management Company today announced that it has expanded in New Hampshire with a new office in Portsmouth. The firm now serves clients from twelve East Coast locations, including two offices in New Hampshire.

As part of the expansion, F.L.Putnam has hired Thomas Burleigh, CFP^®, CTFA, as a private client advisor and Michael Hanlon, CFA^®, as an investment advisor. Both are based in Portsmouth. Tom has more than fifteen years of financial planning experience and currently serves as president of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. Michael brings deep investment experience, managing portfolios for individuals and institutions.
