The newly branded company will operate independently and was established to address the tremendous market growth opportunity in the Application Performance Management (APM) market.

Visual Network Systems will be headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The new company is led by Lyn Cantor, general manager of Visual Network Systems.
