FLW Outdoors Announces Strike King as Newest Sponsor

MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FLW Outdoors announced Thursday that Strike King Lure Company has joined forces with the world's largest tournament-fishing organization. Strike King has been gearing up fishermen for over 40 years with a wide selection of fresh and saltwater fishing lures as well as polarized sunglasses. Through the new agreement, Strike King will market its industry-leading and well respected products to a loyal segment of tournament fishermen.

Strike King will also serve as title sponsor of the Angler of the Year Award in the EverStart Series. The Strike King Angler of the Year from each of the five divisions – Central, Northern, Southeast, Texas and Western – will receive $5,000. In addition, the Strike King Co-angler of the Year from each division will receive $2,000.
