Launches new name, Evolv Surfaces™
SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- FM Distributing, Inc., launched in 2013 and recently featured in the segment of "This Is SF", rapidly grew to become the leading distributor for the Award Winning Neolith sintered stone in California and the Pacific Northwest. With the addition of Diresco their all natural Bio UV quartz line, they continue to transform themselves within the industry with their offerings of environmentally conscience surface materials. During KBIS and at the Renaissance Hotel Las Vegas on February 19, the FM Distributing evolution launches its new name, Evolv Surfaces™.
The History
Established in 1986, Fox Merchandising International, Inc. reflects the passion that their founder Mr. Charles McLaughlin holds for natural stone. In his career he has visited the world's finest quarries and manufacturing plants to uncover the best techniques in both the art and science of stonemasonry. Mr. McLaughlin's desire to bring to this industry a unique line of surface materials that are naturally processed and can take on several different applications, allowed him to usher in FM Distributing. As the business expanded, the vision and growth made a natural progression into launching Evolv Surfaces.
The Offerings
Evolv Surfaces is the exclusive distributor of Neolith sintered stone throughout parts of the western United States. Neolith is a new surface material crafted using breakthrough technology to produce large slabs that are stain, scratch, chemical and heat resistant. With its large format, toughness and thin profile, there is no limit to its indoor and outdoor applications. Façades, countertops, flooring and furniture are just a few of Neolith's residential and commercial uses.
