In its 14th annual report, the company demonstrates how integrating sustainability across business and functional strategies continues to drive value and growth for both the company and its stakeholders.

In 2024, energy efficiency projects and efforts to procure more clean and renewable energy contributed to a 27% reduction in the company's Scopes 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from its 2021 baseline. In addition to emissions reductions, creative solutions to increase waste circularity – including onsite wastewater treatment and material recycling initiatives – resulted in a 6% reduction in waste generated. Combined, these efforts helped reduce the company's operating costs by nearly $6 million.
