FMCSA Extends 49 CFR 395 AOBRD Options for Carriers

BRUSH, Colo., Dec. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- As professional commercial drivers know, the FMCSA Electronic Logging Device (ELD) mandate 49 CFR 395 rollout has met with mixed results.
