New Course Options Prepare Users to Get the Most from Their Fonality Business Phone System
PLANO, Texas, Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fonality's successful educational platform Fonality Academy now includes new courses as well as dedicated online and onsite training. Fonality Academy offers users, administrators, and partners the tools to sharpen their unified communications (UC) skills and get the most out of arguably their most important office technology.

Fonality Academy now includes eight courses across three curriculum paths. Launched earlier this year with user and account administrator courses, Fonality recently completed rollout of three new Channel Partner classes that prepare resellers to sell Fonality systems and place orders through a streamlined certification process.
All Fonality Academy live and on-demand webinar courses are free to customers. However, customer feedback and a successful pilot led the company to create dedicated remote and onsite classroom options. These new dedicated training sessions are available for an additional cost and are personalized to meet the individual customer need.
Four Training Options to Meet Every Need
Fonality Academy courses are designed to accelerate deployment and adoption while reducing the inevitable learning curve when introducing new technology to employees. This increases user and administrator know-how and productivity while decreasing the need for support.
Fonality Academy courses are now delivered four ways:
Live Webinar Training
Fonality Academy's certified trainers host up to eight instructor-led webinars weekly at zero cost. Users access the webinars on Fonality's website, where they can register for the course(s) relevant to their needs and skill level. Topics range from day-to-day maintenance, to the use of Fonality's Heads Up DisplayTM (HUD), to building a professional call menu. Every class concludes with a Q&A session.
e-Learning Training
The Fonality Learning Management System (LMS) provides on-demand access to the intro-level courses from the company's Live Webinar Training curriculum. This makes Fonality Academy content available around the clock.
Dedicated Remote Training
These live web-based sessions are structured similar to the regularly scheduled live webinars. However, they are conducted exclusively for one customer and tailored to that company's needs.
Dedicated Onsite Training
Fonality's onsite training offers customers a unique opportunity to receive interactive, hands-on instruction with up to 25 employees at their choice of location.
