MIAMI, Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- This weekend, chefs and epicures will storm the beaches and restaurants of South Beach for the four-day Food Network SOBE Wine & Food Festival.  For a few hours on Friday, February 22, celebrity chefs will refresh themselves with cocktails provided by Foods From Chile, and let off some steam in a competitive game of beach volleyball at The James Royal Palm Beach hotel.
