For Fourth Straight Year, Fleishman-Hillard Earns NAFE's 'Top 50 Companies for Executive Women' Honor
Agency Is Only Public Relations Firm to Be Recognized This Year
ST. LOUIS, Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has been named to the 2013 "Top 50 Companies for Executive Women" list by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). In addition to being the only public relations firm recognized, this year's selection marks the fourth consecutive year the agency has been honored.
The list, which will appear in Working Mother magazine's March 2013 issue, highlights organizations whose policies and practices encourage the advancement of women's careers. Results are based on factors such as succession planning, profit-and-loss roles, gender pay parity, support programs and work-life balance.

At Fleishman-Hillard, women make up 67 percent of the firm's worldwide workforce and oversee five of the firm's global regions. They also make up half of the agency's corporate executives with profit-and-loss responsibility – a main component of NAFE's ranking. In addition, 72 percent of employees promoted last year were women.
