For Third Straight Year, Special Tree Rehabilitation System Named Top Workplace
ROMULUS, Mich., Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Special Tree Rehabilitation System, a leader in brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, has again been named one of the best places to work in Michigan by the Detroit Free Press on their annual Top Workplaces list.
The Top Workplaces list was published Sunday, November 18, 2012 in the Detroit Free Press. The list recognizes the top 100 Michigan companies that create a great workplace in the eyes of their employees.
"Special Tree is committed to making our company a great place to work so we take great pride that this recognition is based entirely on how employees feel about their workplace," said CEO Joseph Richert. To make the list, employees take an independent survey conducted by the Detroit Free Press and their survey partner Workplace Dynamics to rate their company's performance on Direction, Execution, Career, Conditions, Managers and Pay & Benefits. Special Tree's high survey score and collection of positive written comments helped it to earn a third Top Workplace recognition. Employees' survey comments praised Special Tree's leadership, caring work environment, staff training program, and strong teamwork.
"There are many reasons why Special Tree is a great place to work," added Richert. "At the top of that list is our employees who all share a strong commitment to help our clients achieve the most independent and meaningful life possible through every phase of healing and recovery."
