Ford will partner with Coulomb Technologies to provide nearly 5,000 in-home charging stations to some of the automaker's first electric vehicle customers free of charge. Residents in nine markets, including Austin, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Sacramento, San Jose/San Francisco, Redmond, Wash. and Washington, D.C., could receive a free ChargePoint® Networked Charging Station with purchase of a Ford Transit Connect Electric.
