Ford Explorer built of LEGO bricks rolls off the line in Chicago
A rather unusual, bright red Explorer rolled off the line at Chicago Assembly Plant this week; it was built from more than 380,000 LEGO bricks, weighed 2,654 pounds, and was created by 22 designers. New England cab company adds 35 CNG Ford Transit Connect Taxis
The global footprint of a New England cab company is now smaller after it put 35 compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered Ford Transit Connect Taxis into service. Metro Taxi of West Haven, Conn., added the Transit Connect Taxis as part of its efforts to reduce reliance on gasoline and greenhouse gas emissions.
