Ford Motor Company Declares Third Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of the Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) today declared a third-quarter dividend of $0.05 per share on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the first and second quarters of 2012.

The third-quarter dividend is payable on Sept. 4, 2012, to shareholders of record on Aug. 3, 2012.
