Forecast5 Analytics Completes Third Strategic Acquisition in Nine Months
NAPERVILLE, Ill., March 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Forecast5 Analytics, Inc. announced today that it has completed its third acquisition in nine months by acquiring GuideK12, LLC, a Minnesota-based firm that provides geovisual analytics tools to school districts across the country.
Forecast5 Analytics provides a suite of decision support software to more than 2,000 public sector clients in 34 states. In May 2019, the company acquired Ohio-based Public Finance Resources in a deal that added 300 Ohio public school districts to the list of Forecast5 clients, and in August 2019, Forecast5 acquired SchoolFinances.com, the leading provider of decision support tools for Minnesota K-12 school districts.
