Former BlackRock Head of Americas Corporate Governance Robert Zivnuska Joins CamberView Partners as Principal

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CamberView Partners, LLC announced today that Robert Zivnuska has joined the firm as a Principal. Mr. Zivnuska has years of experience working with boards of directors and management teams of global companies on key governance issues. He was most recently at BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, where he was Head of Corporate Governance for the Americas.

At BlackRock, Mr. Zivnuska lead the firm's governance and voting engagements with portfolio companies in North America and South America. He also formulated proxy voting policies for the firm. Mr. Zivnuska previously served as Senior Counsel at BlackRock for 5 years, where he advised the portfolio management group on governance matters and contributed to the development of novel investment products. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2005, he was a Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital investments, and other strategic transactions.

Mr. Zivnuska holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A., cum laude, in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
