The upcoming sale marks the second auction orchestrated between the two firms in 2018. In June, Platinum and Kienlen Lattmann sold a home in New Vernon, NJ for approximately $2.2 million. Although the home is owned by an entrepreneur who no longer resides in New Jersey, Tomlinson leased the property during his stint with the New York Jets in 2010 and 2011. The legendary running back then retired, and was later inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in August 2017, his first year of eligibility.
