Former GSK Executive Director Joins KJT Group as Senior Vice President, Research
HONEOYE FALLS, N.Y., June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- KJT Group has appointed Jeff L. Tomlinson as Senior Vice President, Research. Founded in 2007, KJT Group is an innovative custom market research firm specializing in the health care industry. With more than twenty years of managerial experience in the consulting, research and health care industries, Jeff specializes in developing tailored solutions to business questions and issues. Jeff is also a recognized leader in using advanced secondary data analysis in combination with a variety of research approaches.

Prior to joining KJT, Jeff was an Executive Director at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals in Research Triangle Park, N.C. In an eighteen year career, Jeff developed and led a variety of analytical and market research teams that supported sales, marketing, and managed markets. Jeff has managed hundreds of research engagements involving healthcare professionals, patients, and payers including employers, Integrated Delivery Networks, government entities and insurers. Jeff has extensive knowledge of the respiratory and neuroscience area where he led GSK's research and analysis teams over the past five years. He was also a Director in marketing for anti-virals for genital herpes and HIV. He has worked in numerous other therapeutic areas and also was a President's Club winner while in field sales. Prior to GSK, Jeff spent six years as a Manager at ZS Associates where he led sales force size and structure projects for over fifteen companies across five continents. Jeff has a BA degree in both Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
At KJT, Jeff is responsible for all custom research teams and their marketing, as well as the professional development of research staff. Jeff will also actively work with researchers in the application of secondary data to research issues. Jeff will also share his expertise in developing research approaches to managed markets contracting and pull-through efforts.
