Former LinkedIn and eBay Leader Joins hiQ Labs Management Team

SAN FRANCISCO, March 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- hiQ Labs, the global standard for People Analytics, today announced that Manisha Gupta has joined the company as vice president of Products and Strategy. Gupta brings deep experience in human capital management (HCM) gained while leading global programs at LinkedIn and eBay. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving hiQ Labs' product roadmap and strategy as the company continues to expand its footprint in the People Analytics market.

Previously, Gupta served as the founding leader for LinkedIn's Global Technical Product Consulting & Partner Programs team, which was spread across 12 countries. She grew LinkedIn's Jobs Product Growth from 40,000 jobs to over one million jobs and spearheaded integration products and service partnerships to drive customer success for Talent Solutions, LinkedIn's fastest growing and largest business line. A frequent public speaker, Gupta also holds a Patent on "Facilitating internal mobility within an organization" through her career at LinkedIn.
