Chirdo most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management Operations at Rockefeller Capital Management, where he was instrumental in building the operational foundation for Rockefeller Financial LLC, the firm's wealth management broker-dealer. During his tenure, he and his team successfully onboarded more than 135 financial advisor teams.

Prior to Rockefeller, Chirdo spent 17 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Director of Sales and Relationship Management in the Broadcort division, managing a team supporting over 100 institutional broker-dealers.
