Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton Delivers Keynote on Final Day of AdvaMed 2014: The MedTech Conference

CHICAGO, Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton and Medtronic Co-Founder Earl Bakken take the plenary stage Wednesday for the final day of AdvaMed 2014: The MedTech Conference at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill.

The morning plenary, "The Payer and Provider Perspective," will kick off with remarks by Chairman Upton. Next, an expert panel featuring Dr. Scott T. Josephs, vice president and national medical officer, Cigna; Susan DeVore, president and CEO, Premier, and Mark Neaman, President and CEO, NorthShore University HealthSystem, will hold an interactive discussion on the rapidly changing U.S. health care market and the challenges and opportunities facing payers and providers.
