Former Shipbuilding Executives Launch Index AR Solutions - Firm Focused on Providing Augmented Reality (AR) Solutions to Companies

Index has over four years of R&D and dozens of projects under its belt. Index's management team includes Dan Arczynski, President & CEO and Dexter Lilley, Executive VP & COO.
Prior to Index, Dan Arczynski held a series of executive positions in the shipbuilding industry including VP of both business development and strategy at HII and sector VP of strategy at Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding and Northrop Grumman Newport News. Prior to shipbuilding, Dan was VP of strategy and VP of mergers and acquisitions for Shawmut, a large New England regional bank. Dan is a veteran of the US Army and served for 12 years attaining the rank of Major. Dan is a 1978 graduate of US Military Academy and a 1986 graduate of the Harvard Business School.
Dexter Lilley also held several executive positions in the shipbuilding industry including Director of Strategy and Business development, Director of Steel Fabrication and Assembly, and Director of Component Fabrication and Assembly. Prior to Dexter's construction and manufacturing roles, Dexter held positions of increasing responsibility in Process Innovation and Finance. Dexter is a 1980 graduate of Christopher Newport University with a BS degree and 1988 graduate of the Mason School of Business of the College of William and Mary with a MBA.
