CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second time in 2011, one of the nation's fastest-growing financial services companies is recognized for being one of the best places to work.

The Charlotte Business Journal named Foundation Financial Group as a finalist in its annual "Best Places to Work" awards for 2011. Employees answered survey questions covering such areas as benefits and training. The survey also gauges employee morale and corporate retention. The Charlotte Business Journal announced the final rankings at a Nov. 4 luncheon in Charlotte.
