Foundry Transitions Logistics Operations to Longtime Partner Compass Logistics & Marine (CLM)

ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundry Digital LLC (Foundry), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG) focused on digital asset infrastructure, and Compass Logistics & Marine (CLM), a licensed international freight forwarder and U.S. customs broker, jointly announce the transition of Foundry's logistics operations (Foundry Logistics) to CLM – effective January 1, 2025. As a result, CLM has launched CLM Tech, a new subdivision dedicated to serving the unique logistical needs of the technology sector.

CLM has been a key logistics partner to Foundry since 2019, supporting their rapid expansion and powering seamless global operations. Since January, the CLM Tech team has been notifying and onboarding Foundry Logistics customers, ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption to service.
