Four Sungard Availability Services Leaders Recognized as CRN 2016 Women of the Channel
WAYNE, Pa., May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sungard Availability Services® ("Sungard AS") announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named four of its senior personnel to the esteemed 2016 Women of the Channel list: Kristin DeMaio, Cristina Greysman, Sarah Hamilton and Melissa McCoy. McCoy was also named to the Prestigious Power 100.
Women who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

This is DeMaio's first year to receive the honors from CRN; Greysman, Hamilton and McCoy were all named to the Women of the Channel list in 2015. In addition to their accomplishments at Sungard AS, two of the women named to the list—Greysman and DeMaio—were part of the inaugural class of the Institute for Emerging Women Leaders (IEWL) program at Sungard AS, a program dedicated to fostering employee growth and developing leaders. Hamilton and McCoy were key drivers of the company's Cisco Partner Summit Geographical Region Award as Cloud Partner of the Year: Americas in 2015 and 2016.
These awards come on the heels of Sungard AS' successful expansion of its channel partner program into the U.K., Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxemburg and Sweden, which Greysman helped to orchestrate. Sungard AS introduced its Channel Partner Program in 2009 across the U.S. and Canada. The European expansion comes after the continued success of this existing program, which has produced consecutive year-over-year double digit growth and been repeatedly recognized with partner and industry awards.
