Niles contract makes firm largest private manager of Public Housing in state
BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FOURMIDABLE Real Estate Services has been appointed as the new management agent for the Niles Housing Commission.
The Bingham Farms-based real estate management and brokerage company will oversee a public housing community of 179 senior citizen units and scattered family homes in Niles, Michigan. FOURMIDABLE is the largest private manager of Public Housing in Michigan with approximately 1,932 total units for Detroit, Lincoln Park, New Haven, Romulus, Royal Oak Township and Sterling Heights Housing Commissions.
