Fox Trail Memory Care Living Debuts Concierge and Companion Care Services
RAMSEY, N.J., Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Fox Trail Memory Care Living, a specialized Alzheimer's and dementia subsidiary of Fox Trail Senior Living, has announced the rollout of a Concierge and Companion Care Program launching December 17, 2018.
The Concierge program is a 30-day new resident benefit included in the resident's one-time community fee. The program provides new residents with a Fox Trail Memory Care Living team member specifically dedicated towards assisting with moving in a family's loved one, facilitating introductions with staff and other residents and coordinating care services and daily schedules based upon the resident's wishes. A keepsake book, "Living Life Well" with pictures, words, photographs and quotes will be gifted to the family after the 30-day experience.
This new offering strengthens relationships between residents, family and care team members, ultimately leading to better outcomes for Alzheimer's and dementia residents and their families.
Additionally, all families will have the option of enrolling their loved one's in a new Companion Care Program. The Companion Care Program pairs residents with a dedicated activities leader, whom works to personalize a residents daily schedule to specifically match his/her interests. The Companion Care Program is offered for an hourly fee, with the family's choice of how many hours per month they would like to secure.
All Concierge & Companion Care services are coordinated and arranged through the Fox Trail Memory Care Living's Programming Department, led by the VP of Special Programming, Laura Politz.
