FP1 Strategies Awarded Four Pollies By AAPC

WASHINGTON, April 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- FP1 Strategies LLC received four awards and an honorable mention at the 2013 American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) Conference, winning a gold award for the best Republican negative contrast advertisement.  FP1 Strategies also received awards for its work on the Michigan Ballot Initiative and Dean Heller's Senate race on behalf of the National Republican Senatorial Committee's (NRSC) Independent Expenditure Committee; both of which resulted in successful outcomes.

In addition to receiving the gold award for the best Republican negative contrast advertisement, Allen West's "Decide" also took home a silver award for Best House Republican advertisement. This ad gained widespread attention, attracting millions of viewers on YouTube and was universally praised with Sean Hannity calling it, "One of the most devastating contrast ad(s) in the history of American politics."  In the 2012 election cycle, many of FP1's ads, produced by Jon Downs, received national praise in the media for their creativity.  Additionally, Downs helped produce ads on behalf of the Republican National Committee's (RNC) Independent Expenditure Committee that took home Pollies in multiple categories.
