Most recently, Mr. Dorrien served as the Global Head of HCM Services for SAP including SuccessFactors, an SAP company, the leader in cloud-based Human Capital Management software. During his tenure with SuccessFactors, Mr. Dorrien played a key role in establishing the Professional Services framework. Shortly after SAP acquired SuccessFactors, MR. Dorrien assumed global responsibility for the Professional Services business including Services Sales, Implementation, and select Technical Services. Prior to SuccessFactors, Mr. Dorrien was the Director of Professional Services at MAXIMUS, Inc.
