CHICAGO, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Franklin Partners revealed today its redevelopment plans for The Shuman, the five-story office building at 263 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville, Illinois. The Shuman will become a suburban destination for multiple office tenants, offering extensive amenities designed to build community among building employees. Brought to life with Wright Heerema Architects, the new design will deliver urban office vibes.

- Swing: Regardless the season or time of day, a golf simulator offers the perfect club-like experience.
- Ride: With roll-in access to the building, this bike room offers a convenient, secure area for cyclists and their equipment, including private lockers and a permanent repair stand.

Franklin Partners acquired the building in a joint venture with Bixby Bridge Capital in April 2018.
