Frederick Leech joins Leech Tishman as chair of corporate practice group
PITTSBURGH, March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Frederick Leech, a veteran of 35 years at Reed Smith, has joined Leech Tishman as chair of the firm's corporate practice group and a partner in the Pittsburgh office.
Leech Tishman's corporate practice group handles matters ranging from business formation, entity selection and financing through intellectual property transactions, compliance and succession planning.
In addition to his practice group responsibilities, Leech is outside general counsel to a number of operating company clients in the manufacturing, media and other industries.

At Reed Smith, Leech focused on corporate, finance and investment management issues.
Leech earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Northeastern.
Leech is the older brother of Tony Leech, a co-founder of the firm who died in 2004.
