Free Food, Refreshments and Prizes Await Home Shoppers at BeechTree

UPPER MARLBORO, Md., May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryko Development is excited to announce that its 2016 Destination BeechTree Spring Home Tour event will take place on Saturday, May 14, and Sunday, May 15, at its all-inclusive BeechTree community in Upper Marlboro.

Guests are invited to tour six stylishly decorated model homes from four of the region's top homebuilders from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the weekend. Participants will also have an opportunity to visit the community's recreation center and the award-winning public course at Lake Presidential Golf Club.

More than a traditional community showcase, BeechTree's Spring Home Tour will allow home shoppers to enjoy free food and refreshments and enter to win door prizes at every model home. Guests will be provided with BeechTree "passports" that will be stamped every time they visit a model home or participating amenity. Once the home shopper has received stamps from at least four model homes, as well as the recreation center and golf course, they can turn in their passport to any builder location to be entered to win a $750 Best Buy gift card.

BeechTree has just released a section of homesites with views of the golf course and the community's sparkling 30-acre lake. Townhomes start from the $300's, single-family homes from the $400's and estate homes from the $500's.

The community also features an 11,000-square-foot recreation center with a public golf course, pro shop and a waterfront restaurant. The recreation center includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center and more. It's all in an extraordinarily convenient location, just minutes from the Capital Beltway.

Lake Presidential recently was named one of 2016's "Best Courses You Can Play" in Maryland by Golfweek magazine. It's the latest in a long line of honors for this impressive public course.
