Free Telegram Ticket Leads to $14,384.42 Sunday Smash Score at Americas Cardroom

ANDREWNEIDING1 advanced from a 100-seat guaranteed satellite into the $33 Sunday Smash and ultimately received $14,384.42.

SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A free Telegram ticket became a five-figure poker score after Americas Cardroom player ANDREWNEIDING1 won through a 100-seat guaranteed satellite and reached the closing stages of the $33 OSSXL #339H Sunday Smash - $100,000 GTD on Sunday, September 27.

The Sunday Smash generated a $106,800 prize pool, exceeding its $100,000 guarantee. ANDREWNEIDING1 was part of a deal at the end of the tournament and received $14,384.42.

The run started with a free satellite ticket distributed through the Telegram channel. ANDREWNEIDING1 used it to enter the 100-seat guaranteed satellite and won a $33 Sunday Smash seat.

The result provides a clear example of how a no-cost channel reward can lead to a much larger opportunity at the tables. The free ticket was only the starting point: ANDREWNEIDING1 still had to qualify through the satellite and then advance deep in the Sunday Smash.

The Telegram channel launched less than a year ago and had grown to 9,400 members at press time. It shares promotions, tournament news, events, giveaways and rewards. Past channel-related giveaways and rewards have included cash, tournament tickets, satellite entries and SPINZ tickets, with tens of thousands of dollars in value distributed through the community.

Players can follow the official Telegram channel for tournament news, promotions, giveaways and player rewards.
