Fried Frank Adds Leading Finance Attorney Stuart Brinkworth in London

NEW YORK, May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Stuart Brinkworth has joined the Finance Practice in the Firm's London office. Mr. Brinkworth specializes in acting for UK and international lenders (including credit and debt funds), sponsors and bidding consortia on a variety of UK domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. His practice focuses on private equity-backed leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs/buy-ins, public bids, corporate M&A and recapitalizations.

Previously, Mr. Brinkworth was a partner at Hogan Lovells. He graduated from Lancaster University with honors in 1997, and he graduated with a commendation from The College of Law in 1998. Mr. Brinkworth is admitted to practice in England, Wales and New York.

Mr. Brinkworth is recognized for his involvement in highly leveraged deals and complex financings. Chambers UK 2015 described him as "extremely well networked and experienced." He was also recommended for acquisition & leveraged finance by the Legal 500.
