Friendly Auto Group comes to Syracuse with the all new Friendly Honda of Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y., Dec. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to strong demand for its vehicles, American Honda Motor Co., is adding a brand new Honda dealership to the Syracuse market at 534 East Genesee Street in Fayetteville, New York.

Last Friday, Friendly Auto Group President, Eric Kahn, along with Friendly Auto Group Vice President, Dominick Di Capua, American Honda Assistant Vice President Bill Bergmann, Mayor of Fayetteville, Mark Olson, Brent Kosoc of BBL Construction, Site Engineer Scott Freeman of Keplinger Freeman, Ray Scruton of Zausmer-Frisch Architects, and others involved in the project, gathered at the new site to break ground.

The 25,612 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, which includes a 5 vehicle showroom, 15 bay service shop, and a stand-alone car wash, will be located on four acres in Fayetteville where the recently demolished Jay's Village Chevrolet dealership was formerly located. "Most importantly, the new dealership was designed to be customer friendly and to fit in with the aesthetic sensibilities of the Village of Fayetteville. It will be unique in the Syracuse market...I can't wait to see it completed," said Kahn.

Friendly Honda of Fayetteville is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019. The dealership group will begin hiring and training in early 2019. Available positions will be posted on the Friendly Auto Group web site, www.friendlyautogroupny.com.
