(FOTO), a national performance measurement and benchmarking organization.

The FOTO Outcomes Excellence Award is presented to a select group of providers across the country to recognize excellence achieved in effectiveness of treatment during the past twelve months. FOTO is the nation's largest database for outpatient physical and occupational therapy outcomes.
