DENVER, Aug. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today's business landscape is constantly changing as marketing and technology merge and redefine an entire industry. Leaders in business understand that successfully adapting to this ever changing market requires the ability to adjust and respond in new, more sophisticated ways.
In response to this changing marketing environment, the Colorado Chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA Colorado) is hosting 'From Surviving to Thriving,' a one-day regional conference for business leaders focusing on navigating today's marketing landscape. The event is part of Go and Grow, the first-ever international BMA roadshow event series. Taking place on August 16, 2012 at the Mile High Station in Denver, 'From Surviving to Thriving' features expert speakers, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
"BMA Colorado is dedicated to enriching the lives of business leaders. The event brings together the best minds in marketing and technology from across the nation to help us all focus on how to grow our businesses in the information age," says Jennifer Nealson, 2012-2013 BMA Colorado president. "This is a pivotal time for marketing professionals and the BMA is committed to helping business leaders operate in the new normal."
Organized by BMA Colorado, the event will educate attendees how to use technology-enabled marketing initiatives to help drive sales. The event features an impressive list of speakers including renowned marketing experts Louise Clements, President, MRM Canada and Tim Riesterer, Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Visions. 'From Surviving to Thriving' also features four different breakout panel sessions each focusing on a separate key topic- customer experience, demand generation, marketing automation and content marketing.
Launched in honor of the 90th anniversary of the BMA, Go and Grow is the organization's first-ever roadshow event series. Following a successful kick-off event in Beijing in May, 'From Surviving to Thriving' will be the first United States event for the international roadshow. Aimed at expanding the reach of BMA's educational offerings, Go and Grow is designed to help B2B marketers share and learn from each other about effective strategies, tactics and creative ideas for growing their respective organizations.
