During the event, guests will enjoy a culinary experience from Robinson's Prime Reserve and Viking Grills.  Applauded restaurateur Chef Dean Corbett will prepare a delicious New American menu for attendees to savor, host grilling demonstrations and provide one-of-a-kind grilling tips.  North Atlanta-based Tiger Mountain Vineyards will collaborate with Chef Dean to create wine pairings for the appetizers along with a wine tasting.

Famed cookbook and recipe author, Gail Monaghan, will be on hand to discuss her upcoming book, The Entrees, released on October 19, 2010.  Gail will provide tips and recipes for holiday cooking and entertaining, and guests will have the opportunity to preorder and receive autographed bookplates for The Entrees.

Hotel accommodations are being provided by the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.  A vast assortment of inspired cocktails will be created by Grey Goose and water will be supplied by FIJI.
