Famed cookbook and recipe author, Gail Monaghan, will be on hand to discuss her upcoming book, The Entrees, released on October 19, 2010.  Gail will provide tips and recipes for holiday cooking and entertaining, and guests will have the opportunity to preorder and receive autographed bookplates for The Entrees.

Hotel accommodations are being provided by the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.  A vast assortment of inspired cocktails will be created by Grey Goose and water will be supplied by FIJI.
