CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The annual June Sales Meeting for FSIoffice was held Friday and Saturday at their corporate office in Charlotte, N.C.
Sales and customer service representatives from all of the company's locations gathered for a weekend of meetings, informational sessions and awards ceremonies. Training sessions for employees emphasized expanding vertical markets and broadening product categories. During the weekend meetings, FSIoffice placed much emphasis on their growing social media presence and expanding the use of mobile applications for employees.
The meeting came in the middle of the company's yearlong celebration of 50 years in business. A dinner and awards banquet was held Friday evening to recognize sales and customer service representatives who exceeded expectations over the past year. At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, the recipients of the prestigious Buford B. Griffin award were named.
Despite the instability of the current economy, FSIoffice was able to report profitable numbers for the past year. The morale of employees appeared to remain high throughout the weekend event.
