Fujitsu-GlobeRanger and Switlik collaborate to use IoT technology to enhance aviation safety

GlobeRanger's Emergency Equipment Management (EEM) application has been adapted to Switlik products to simplify the ability to inspect and verify the configuration of critical, life-saving safety equipment - allowing airlines to manage and maintain safety equipment to a much greater degree of accuracy, while reducing time and costs by up to 99%. Using digital, leading edge technologies such as IoT, RFID, mobile and sensors, this solution also elevates airline's inventory management capabilities, providing transparency into the lifecycle - allowing for greater scalability and predictability.
This partnership combines Switlik's vaunted, 97-year heritage of safety, compliance and quality in Aviation with GlobeRanger's industry leading IoT technology to offer the market a unique solution.
