FULLBEAUTY Brands Announces Expansion of Executive Leadership Team

NEW YORK, July 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FULLBEAUTY Brands Inc., the most trusted, comprehensive authority for plus-size women and men, today announced the addition of four key senior leaders to support the execution of the company's customer-focused, digitally-driven strategy. The company is pleased to welcome Bob Riesbeck as Chief Financial Officer, Liz White as Chief Customer Officer, Robert Lepere as Chief People Officer, and Arlene Hong as General Counsel. The four executives, who were appointed over the past few months, bring decades of retail and related leadership experience to FULLBEAUTY. They will report to Chief Executive Officer Emilie Arel, who joined FULLBEAUTY from Quidsi in November 2017.

Chief Financial Officer Bob Riesbeck joins with more than 25 years of retail financial and operations management experience. Riesbeck most recently served as CEO and President of HHGregg and was previously CFO. Prior to that leadership role, he served as an Operations Executive at Sun Capital Partners. Riesbeck previously held finance and operations roles at Nike and began his career with Grant Thornton LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron.

Chief Customer Officer Liz White joins with 14 years of experience driving digital strategy and operations in media, entertainment, fashion and e-commerce brands. Previously, White served as CEO of Soko Inc. Prior to that, she worked as the Head of Strategy and Development at Poshly and held various senior digital strategy leadership roles at Time Inc. White Holds a B.A in Sociology from Trinity College, and MBAs from Columbia Business School and the University of California Berkeley.

Chief People Officer Robert Lepere joins with 20 years of operational and human resources experience in the retail industry. He previously worked as the VP of Talent Strategy for Ascena Retail Group, and prior to that held a variety of human resources positions within Ann Inc. Lepere also served as the Head of HR & Stores for Charlotte Russe and was the HR Director for Old Navy. He holds a B.A. in Journalism and Speech Communication, and an M.A. in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University.

General Counsel Arlene Hong joins with over 17 years of experience as senior in-house counsel managing legal and business risks in the retail industry. She recently served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Amazon Fashion. Prior to that, Hong was General Counsel for Amazon's retail subsidiary, Quidsi, where she worked closely with Arel, at that time the CEO of Quidsi, before she joined FULLBEAUTY. Hong was also General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary for ideeli Inc. and J. Crew. She holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
