Future Energy Solutions Lands a Multi-Year Financial Partnership with Deutsche Bank AG

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Future Energy Solutions Lighting Group, LLLP ("FES" or the "Company") announced today that it has closed a multi-year funding facility with Deutsche Bank with an initial facility of $100mil. The new facility from Deutsche Bank will be in addition to FES's existing senior funding partner, Orion Energy Partners ("Orion Energy"), providing additional funding to support the Company's rapid expansion.

FES delivers Lighting as a Service ("LaaS") through energy efficient installations across the United States. FES is an award-winning business and a rapidly growing provider of energy efficient lighting. FES has a proven record of providing commercial and industrial customers with energy efficient lighting equipment systems using LED and induction technologies. The Company's Gold Initiative Program offers LaaS at zero capital cost to the customer.
