Future U.S. Promotes Nathan Hunt to Vice President of Sales, Business Development

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Future U.S., a leading publisher of gaming and technology media properties, today announced the promotion of Nathan Hunt to Vice President of Sales and Business Development.  Previously Executive Director of Integrated Sales, Hunt will oversee all revenue operations for games and technology products in print, digital and emerging areas in his new role.

Hunt started his sales career at IGN.com as an internal sales representative in 2001. He quickly moved into external sales handling East Coast accounts. Most recently, as Executive Director of Integrated Sales at Future U.S., Hunt led the integration of Future's print and digital sales teams and helped establish the company's 360 degree integrated programs. He launched the Digital Future brand, a collaborative sell across all Future properties to large brands which garnered more than $1 million in brand advertising in 2011, a 250 percent increase. Hunt also launched OXMonline, Qore and PC Gamer Digital to advertisers in the U.S. He established GamesRadar.com as a voice of leadership to video game publishers and brand marketers, and his efforts resulted in a 65 percent growth of GamesRadar.com year over year.

Hunt began his career working in inner city job training and placement in Detroit, MI, where he taught interviewing skills, job training and career development to low income families.
