Futurestep Appoints Doug Rippey and Dave Marzo to Consulting Solutions Leadership Roles

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY), today announced two significant appointments in its consulting solutions team; Doug Rippey as Global Practice Leader, Workforce Planning, and Dave Marzo as General Manager for Consulting Solutions in North America.

With responsibility for the entire global Workforce Planning offering, Mr. Rippey will be tasked with providing best-in-class workforce planning solutions to Futurestep clients across the world. 

Prior to joining the Futurestep business, Mr. Rippey worked at Towers Watson for over ten years, where in 2003, he was one of the initial four consultants to form the Workforce Planning practice.

Taking on the role of General Manager for Consulting in North America, Mr. Marzo will be responsible for overall leadership, accountability, and growth of Futurestep's consulting offerings throughout the United States and Canada.  

Mr. Marzo has an extensive consulting background, most recently supporting Korn/Ferry's integrated go-to-market strategy and working with some of the Firm's major accounts. The new role for Mr. Marzo directly supports Futurestep CEO Byrne Mulrooney, in guiding the development and integration of the businesses consulting offering across the highly competitive North American region.
