Futurestep Appoints William Sebra as President, North America

LOS ANGELES, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that it has appointed William (Bill) Sebra as President of its North American business. Mr. Sebra will be responsible for continuing to grow the company's successful Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), consulting and retained search services across the United States and Canada.

Mr. Sebra joins Futurestep from RiseSmart where he created a new RPO service line to complement the existing outplacement business. He previously served as President of Bartech Government Solutions and President and CEO of Kenexa Government Solutions (formerly Knowledge Workers, Inc.).

Mr. Sebra is a pioneer in the RPO and talent acquisition industry and has founded/co-founded three successful businesses: Knowledge Workers, Inc., a technology-enabled human capital solutions company, which grew to 160 people before purchased by Kenexa; The Wilshire Group, a contingency and executive search firm, specializing in the defense/intelligence marketplace; and Destech Corporation a software development company that built automated picture database management systems for the CIA.  His career covers both public and private sectors and spans the past twenty-five years, beginning with service in the United States Air Force where he worked for the Under Secretary of the Air Force for Space Systems.
