FYTT Launches Flex, the Intelligent Coaching Assistant

Flex builds from the coach's own system, makes the changes the coach decides on across every athlete, and turns the data programs already collect into answers.

LEHI, Utah, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FYTT, the strength and conditioning programming platform used by professional teams, college athletic departments, high schools, performance facilities, physical therapists, and tactical organizations, today launched Flex, an intelligent coaching assistant, alongside a re-imagined FYTT coaching experience. The updated version of FYTT also features enhanced athlete-facing features, including a completely redesigned mobile app, tablet interface, and in-gym television presentation.

FYTT provides the most comprehensive planning and analysis offering for performance coaches, including the ability to build custom training groups across an annual planning interface. The enhanced FYTT experience is a culmination of a year's worth of customer testing and feedback.

Flex puts the coach's expertise to work in ways not possible before, building directly from the coach's own library so programs are drafted in the coach's terms. When an injury or schedule change disrupts plans, Flex modifies programming across the roster and shows exactly what changed. When a coach looks for trends in an athlete's performance data, Flex reviews, analyzes and summarizes it, providing the detail and charts behind the answer.

Flex also builds decision trees using conditional logic, moving athletes between training groups on real performance data.
