Building a strong leadership team to address explosive demand for remote customer engagement tools, Liveoak hires Mike Alderson, former sales executive at Dropbox.
AUSTIN, Texas, March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Liveoak Technologies, a leading platform for digital customer engagement, announced the addition of Mike Alderson, further rounding out its team of fintech software veterans and industry experts.
Alderson's hire comes at a very opportune time. The rapid advance of collaboration technology is enabling enterprises and their remote customers to engage and transact with one another face-to-face through a digital platform. McKinsey & Company estimates that 42 million households representing $66 billion in annual revenues are prime candidates for remote engagement, which includes digital transactions and new account openings.
Alderson is based in the company's Austin, TX headquarters and will be responsible for accelerating adoption for Liveoak's digital customer engagement platform for financial institutions and other industry verticals. Liveoak operates the industry's leading all-in-one software-as-a-service platform for web conferencing, collaboration, identity verification and eSignature.
