GAMG Announces FINRA Processing of Rule 15c2-11 Submission and OTCQB Application

(OTC: GAMG) ("GAMG" or the "Company"), a diversified asset management and holding company, today announced that the broker-dealer-sponsored Form 211 submission relating to the Company's common stock has been processed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") in connection with Rule 15c2-11 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company also announced that it has submitted an application to qualify for the OTCQB Venture Market and has expanded its executive leadership team.

Together, these developments represent additional steps in GAMG's effort to strengthen its public-market infrastructure, improve market accessibility and visibility, and support the Company's long-term growth and acquisition strategy.

FINRA Processing of Form 211 Submission

FINRA's processing of the Form 211 submission permits the sponsoring broker-dealer to proceed, subject to applicable rules and market requirements, with initiating quotations in the Company's common stock. Rule 15c2-11 governs the circumstances in which a broker-dealer may publish or submit quotations for securities that are not listed on a national securities exchange.

FINRA's processing of the submission does not constitute FINRA approval of, endorsement of, or a recommendation regarding the Company or its securities. The timing, availability, continuity, pricing and liquidity of quotations remain subject to broker-dealer participation, market conditions, applicable exceptions and other regulatory requirements.

GAMG has submitted its application to qualify for the OTCQB Venture Market. The application is subject to review by OTC Markets Group and qualification is contingent upon the Company satisfying all applicable initial and ongoing eligibility, disclosure, financial, corporate governance, bid-price, shareholder, public-float, transfer-agent and other requirements.

If approved, OTCQB qualification could provide additional market visibility, access to Company information and credibility among investors and market participants. There can be no assurance that the application will be approved, that qualification will occur within any particular timeframe, or that OTCQB qualification will increase trading volume, liquidity or the market price of the Company's common stock.
